Why are channels missing from the TV guide?

This help topic only applies to customers on the Innovative Platform.

You are on the Innovative Platform if your guide looks like this:

Innovative Platform Guide
  • You may have the GUIDE set to only display a certain type of channels

  • With the GUIDE open, look at the bottom left hand corner of your screen and make sure it says “All Channels”

  • If it does not say “All Channels” in the bottom left corner, press the unmarked blue button until it does to make all channels visible
