How to view recordings

This help topic only applies to customers on the Innovative Platform.

You are on the Innovative Platform if your guide looks like this:

  1. Click the MENU button.

  2. Use the arrow buttons to scroll down to “Recordings” and select it using OK.

  3. Select “Current” recordings to see programs that you have recorded previously or are currently recording.

  4. Scroll to the program you would like to watch using the arrow buttons and select it using the OK button.

  5. To return to live TV, simply hit the STOP or VIEW LIVE TV button or change the channel to leave the recording.
