A program I scheduled to record did not record

You are on the Innovative Platform if your guide looks like this:

There may have been a conflict in your DVR Schedule. You can schedule two, five, or eight shows depending on how much cloud storage you are subscribed to. You must also be tuned in to one of these programs for your DVR to record them. If not, one of your shows will not record. In the event that you are away during pre-scheduled recordings, your STB is programmed to automatically tune to one of the programs that you scheduled to record so that all programs will be recorded.
