I can't see the TV guide

This help topic only applies to customers on the Minerva Platform.

You are on the Minerva Platform if your guide looks like this:

Minerva Platform Guide
  1. Press STB on the Remote and then GUIDE.
  2. If you want to change the Guide View press STB then GUIDE. Guide Options will be on the left side of the screen by a TV icon. Press GUIDE again to see guides for HD only, All Channels, SD only, FAVs and SUBSCRIBED.
  3. If you are having trouble seeing or changing channels make sure the Guide View is on SUBSCRIBED.
