My battery back-up unit is beeping

These batteries are rechargeable but they will not last forever and should be replaced when your device starts to make a loud beeping sound. That sound means that the battery is depleted and must be replaced. Please contact SkyLine/SkyBest’s Customer Service Department if this occurs at 1-800-759-2226.

If you are concerned about being able to contact 911 emergency services during a power outage, a backup battery may be a good option for you. The battery offered by SkyLine/SkyBest is approximately three pounds and is roughly 6.5’’ X 7.4’’ X 3.2’’. If you do not already have a battery backup, you can purchase directly through SkyLine. If you have any questions or simply want to purchase a backup battery from us, please call 1-800-759-2226 or go to your local customer service center. Our 8-hour backup battery costs $34.95 plus tax and can be shipped directly to your house or picked up in one of our customer service centers. If you do not feel comfortable installing your own battery, please call us to make an appointment and we would be happy to assist you. However, please note that there may be a charge for this service.
