How do I reset my wireless router?
Help with my Wireless Router
- Pull the power cord and the ethernet cable from the router and wait thirty seconds.
- After thirty seconds, plug the cord and cable back into the router.
- Wait for the router to go through its start-up procedure.
- (If you have a modem, reconnect it first. For help with restarting your modem, click here.)
- Restart your device and try to connect to the Internet.
