How do I reset my router?

 

  1. Pull the power cord and the ethernet cable from the router and wait thirty seconds.
  2. After thirty seconds, plug the cord and cable back into the router.
  3. Wait for the router to go through its start-up procedure.
    1. (If you have a modem, reconnect it first.  For help with restarting your modem, click here.)
  4. Restart your device and try to connect to the Internet.
