How to record a company greeting on Norstar CallPilot

1. Press  9 8 3

2. Enter System Admin Mailbox Number & Password (1020000# or 1021234#  for 3-digit extensions) or (120000# or 121234# for 2-digit extensions)

3. Press AA

4. Press GRTG

5. Press GRTG

6. Enter Greeting Number (from 1 to 40) – typically “1”

7. Press OK

8. Press REC

9. Record your greeting at the tone

10. Press Ok to end your recording

11. Press

    1. PLAY to listen to the greeting

    2. Ok to accept the greeting

    3. RETRY to re-record the greeting

12. Repeat steps 5-9 to record another greeting

13. Press  to end.

Record a Company Greeting from an External Phone (Remotely)

1. Access the Administrator Mailbox by pressing ** while the greeting plays.

2. Enter the Administrator Mailbox number and password (see # 2 above).

3. Press 9 9

4. Press 2 (change a company greeting)

5. Enter the number to the greeting you wish to change (1-40)

6. Record your greeting after the tone

7. Press # to end your recording

8. Press

   1. 1 to play your recording

   2. # to accept your recording

   3. 2 to re-record your greeting
