What is “My Vacation Program”?

We understand that some people don’t want to spend winters in the mountains and would rather travel to warmer parts of the country during the winter months. That’s why we offer a seasonal plan called “My Vacation Program.”  With an active seasonal agreement you won’t have to pay the $40 reconnect or disconnect fees for TV and Internet. Who wouldn’t want to save that money?

How does it work?

It’s super easy! All you’ll have to do is complete this Seasonal Reconnect Form at least one week before you plan on coming to your beautiful mountain home. Then, you’ll need to complete the Seasonal Disconnect Form to let us know what day you plan on leaving.

What are the requirements?

When you sign the Seasonal Service Agreement you are agreeing to keep active services for 10 out of 24 months. Once service is connected, we do require service remain connected for at least one month. Other than that, the 10 months do not have to be consecutive.
