Some customers are reporting calls from an alternate internet or phone provider, claiming to be taking over their account. If you are suspicious of a call or email you receive claiming to be from SkyLine/SkyBest, don't hesitate to call and verify its validity at 1-800-759-2226.
Using my own router
SkyLine/SkyBest offers wireless routers for lease. You may also use your own.
If you are a dynamic IP customer, you should set your router to auto. If you are a static IP customer, contact us for Gateway, IP and DNS information.
