As of October 24, 2015, 10-digit dialing is required for local and regional calls originating from SkyLine/SkyBest’s Ashe County service area. This means that you must dial the area code for all local and regional calls. If you dial the “1” before the area code for a regional call, you will NOT qualify for the special 6¢/minute rate.
