How can I change my credit card number attached to my business account?
You can change this through your account online.
Once logged in

Click on Make a Payment

Click the blue New Credit Card button.

A screen will pop up for you to enter your new credit card information.

Can I receive business bills online only?
Yes, this is available and encouraged for business and residential customers. You can set this up through your online account.

When will I get my business bill?
Bills are typically mailed the last day of each month. You should receive them shortly after the beginning of the month.
When are bills due for business service?
Bills for both residential and business accounts are generally due on the 20th of the month, depending on if this date falls on a holiday or on the weekend.
When will my account be drafted each month for my business service?
If you have automatic bank draft, your account will be drafted on the 12th of each month.
If you have credit card draft, your card will be drafted on the 13th of each month.
How to read your business services bill:
- Account Number: Please have your account number when calling customer service.
- Past Due After: Bill must be paid before the due date to avoid a late fee charge.
- Total Due: Current charges plus any remaining prior bill charges.
- Amount Enclosed: Please indicate the payment amount included with your remittance.
- Remittance Address: Send your payment to this address with your remittance slip for proper credit to your account.
- Previous Bill: Prior month bill charges and payments.
- Previous Balance: Balance left over from previous month.
- Current Charges: Monthly recurring charges for service plus total taxes and surcharges that have been applied to your bill.

- Charge Detail: Detail records of toll calling will be printed on front and back of your bill, if applicable.
What to expect on your first bill from SkyBest Security for business:
Your SkyBest Security equipment will be billed on your next SkyLine/SkyBest bill for your business.
We do offer a special deal on the basic wireless equipment package. If you sign a three-year service agreement, the basic wireless equipment package and installation are only $199.
Pricing varies on additional equipment needed for custom solutions and will also be billed on your next SkyLine/SkyBest bill.
