SkyBest offers a variety of payment methods.
These include: mailing your payment by check, money order or
credit card, in the return envelope provided with your monthly
bill; through automatic recurring bank/credit card draft; through
ePayment, or, drop by any of our three Customer Service Centers
locations
between
8 a.m. and 5 p.m., weekdays. In addition, we are now able to accept American Express credit
cards at our Customer Service Centers.

During after hours, weekends or holidays, there are drop boxes
located at all three Customer Service Centers.
Drop boxes are also located at the Sugar Grove and Banner Elk
Work Centers. Payments at these two locations are picked up 2-3
times per week.

If you choose to make your payment via phone, be sure to have
your Visa, MasterCard or Discover account number ready. Call
846-1350 or 866-846-1350 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
weekdays.
SkyBest Bank Draft
The convenience of bank or credit card draft is an easy way
to pay your SkyBest bill. With bank/credit card draft, you will
be notified at the time you receive your bill how much will be
deducted from your account
that month. This also gives you peace of mind in knowing that
your bill will be paid on time, every time. SkyLine customer's
accounts are drafted approximately three days prior to the
due date of the bill.
It will take 30 to 60 days to set up your bank draft account.
Watch your bill for the message, "Do Not Pay Bank Deduct
." This
will notify you that the bank draft set up has been completed.

with a voided check, to the address below:
