Paperless Billing Frequently Asked Questions
First Time Users: Pay My Bill

Go to the “My Account/Pay My Bill” link found on our homepage. Proceed to create an account by clicking on “If you haven't signed up to view your account information online, create a new login.”

  1. Enter the requested information along with the invoice number and amount due on your most recent statement.
  2. Click  “Create Login.”
    *Please be aware that you will receive a confirmation e-mail from SkyLine/SkyBest with a link to confirm your online account. You must follow this link and confirm the account before the paperless billing/online account is active. If you do not immediately receive this e-mail please check your spam/junk mail folder.
    *After account has been created you may still receive up to two (2) paper statements.
 
 
Changes to an existing account:
 
Click on “Account Management” in the left hand column.
  • Update e-mail address
  • Change password
  • Change display name
  • Change password recovery question
  • Update invoice preference (paper, paperless or both)
  • Add additional accounts
 
Features of your online account include:
  • View unbilled toll charges
  • View payment history
  • View/download invoices for past 18 months
  • Pay bill online using credit/debit card
  • Enroll in recurring credit/debit card draft
 
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Online balances are not updated until the next billing cycle.
  • After submitting your payment you should receive a confirmation number, if you do not receive this number do not resubmit payment. This may cause double billing on your credit/debit card. To verify your payment has been posted to your account, simply click “Payment History” on the left hand column.
  • After account has been created you may still receive up to two (2) paper statements.
