Please remember that SkyBest Internet subscribers are responsible for determining which dial-up number is considered local for his/her calling area. Neither SkyBest Communications, Inc., nor SkyLine Membership Corporation, will be responsible for any long-distance charges that are incurred while using our service. If you need clarification on what is considered your local calling area, please contact your local SkyLine/SkyBest Customer Service Center.

Test the jack that the computer is plugged in to for a dial tone by plugging in a standard, non-cordless telephone set.

If you subscribe to the Cancel Call Waiting calling feature, be sure to keep in mind that this feature (if turned on) can interrupt computer modem or facsimile transmissions.
