1.   Do I need SkyBest Internet Guardian on each of my PCs if I have a network?
You do need to install SkyBest Internet Guardian on each of your PCs to provide protection to every computer in your network. SkyBest Internet Security is not recommended for commercially networked computers.
 
2. How long will it take to download?
With SkyBest High-Speed Internet, it may take up to 10 minutes to save and complete the installation of the software onto your computer. With dial-up service, it may take a few hours.
 
3. Does it matter what Operating System I have?
Yes, you need to have Windows XP Professional or Home Edition with Service Pack 2, Windows 2000 Professional with Service Pack 4 Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 or 2005, Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2004 or 2005 or Microsoft Windows Vista, and the following Hardware: Intel Pentium 350Hz, or equivalent processor, or Intel Hyper-Threading and Dual Core CPU compatible, or RAID 0 (Striping) or RAID 1 (Mirroring or Duplexing) compatible. You will also need a minimum of 128MB RAM (256MB is recommended), and 250MB hard disk space available for installation. Not compatible with Macintosh computers.
 
4. Where can I locate my Product Registration Serial Number?
The product registration key will be provided on the download Web site.
 
5. What if I don't understand how to configure my SkyBest Internet Guardian after it is downloaded? Standard configuration settings will be automatically established when the product is installed. These settings are appropriate for most installations but you should verify the configuration to determine if the settings are correct for your use. The product is very intuitive, so most people can simply navigate through the software and select the configuration options that are appropriate for them. SkyBest Internet Guardian includes a user friendly Help Feature to assist you with the installation. And, of course, you can also call our Technical Support Staff. You can reach them anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
6. Can my friends also get SkyBest Internet Guardian?
Yes, if they also have Internet service from SkyLine/SkyBest, they can be protected for only $2.95 per month. If your friends have Internet service from another provider, they only need to purchase a SkyBest.com e-mail account for $2.95 per month to be eligible for SkyBest Internet Security for an additional $2.95 per month.
