The flat rate of six cents per minute, any time of day, any day of the week gives additional dialing capabilities beyond the 40-mile limit due to SkyLine's expansive service area and through special arrangements with other member-owned telephone cooperatives in Surry, Wilkes, Yadkin and Davidson counties.
